What’s your Story?
Becky is 29 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 10. She has tried out both the Medtronic and Animas pumps over the past four years. Becky is a RN at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto, Ontario and works in the NICU. Becky loved participating in all kinds of sports until she suffered a knee injury. Despite this, Becky still stays active. She first attended Connected in Motion’s Winter Slipstream weekend in 2010 and was both a camper and a nurse at Camp Huronda.
What keeps you ‘In Motion’?
Becky has participated in long distance running, volleyball and competitive swimming!
