WHEN: Saturday April 30th, 2016, 3:15-6:15pm
WHO: The Type 1 Community, friends, family members – Everyone is welcome.
Join the T1D community at a Bubble Soccer Tournament in partnership with LMC Diabetes & Endocrinology! Thanks to LMC, this event is FREE to all participants! Let’s bring the T1 community together! We’ll also have the chance to hear from fellow T1 and exercise physiologist, Dr Mike Riddell, and learn a thing or two about diabetes and exercise from one of the best!
Space is limited – Please register early to ensure your space is saved! Register as an individual or invite some friends along – Teams of 6 will be formed when we arrive.
