Join the CIM community in 2015 in our Get Moving Series! Our goal is to bring the T1 community together through a wide variety of affordable and accessible sport events across the country. Let’s get moving!
CIM is hosting our first ever Get Moving Series in Ottawa on Tuesday August 4th. Join us for a FREE evening of cycling led by Rebecca Fitzgerald, a T1D for with a passion for the outdoors. Cruise at a leisurely pace of push yourself! We’ll meet at 6:45pm in the Parking Lot at Britannia Beach Park (the one closest to the path) and be on our way at 7pm sharp! We’ll regroup at our meeting point after the ride and then head to a local watering hole – the Baja Burger Shack to refresh!
Specific route and information will be given at the event. Helmets are mandatory for participation. ***Please note this is a cycling event only***
