Because Connected in Motion has done a great deal for me, the most significant is kept me active and focused on my health.

My Training Tip
Consistency, don’t push yourself too far too fast. I know from past (and current!) experience how much it sucks to have to stop training and rest for a week or two. Also don’t sweat it if you aren’t able to make the full distance of your race, you always run faster on race day with all that adrenaline!
