CIM PROGRAM SUBSIDIES
Financial Need
Priority will be given to applicants facing financial constraints that hinder their ability to participate in CIM programs.
Belonging to Minority Groups
Individuals from racial, socio-economic, gender, or other minority groups will be given preference to promote diversity and inclusion within CIM programs.
Impact and Benefit
Applicants who can demonstrate how attending the program will positively contribute to their journey with Type 1 diabetes will be given priority.
Barriers to Participation
Consideration will be given to applicants facing specific challenges or barriers that hinder their participation in CIM programs without financial assistance.
How much subsidy can I apply for?
We’re dedicated to making this program accessible to as many people as possible! On the application form you’ll see a section where you can specify the amount of financial support you need. The assistance offered will differ based on individual needs and will directly discount your registration cost. You’ll then be responsible for covering the remaining balance.
When will I hear back?
Please make sure to send in your subsidy application as soon as possible. This helps us process everything smoothly and consider each application carefully. Rest assured, we’ll get back to you in good time–no later than 8 weeks before the event–giving you plenty of space to plan and get ready.
