May 6th Monday in Motion Recap: Your favourite activity

This week’s Monday in Motion Q: What’s your favourite form of physical activity? What do you have the most fun doing?

Responses: Cycling, cycling, and more cycling! Yes, cycling seemed to be the big winner with people responding this week. First off, people noted that it was a fun way to commute and pass the time, but both Mohamed and David also said they find biking helps keep their blood glucose levels in a lower range.

In addition to cycling: Jen mentioned that she has just taken up ball hockey and loves it; Julie’s favourite activity is downhill skiing (“any time, any day”; Saci said running and snowboarding in addition to cycling; Stephanie and Patrick voted for ice hockey; Luke said volleyball; and Michelle said hiking (with six exclamation marks!) Wheh! CIM-ers are busy active people!

Virtue’s Take: Finding an activity you love is the best way to keep up with it and keep active!
