We are excited to coming together with the community this December to spread holiday cheer and test your detective skills. We’ll be working with the team at Escape Casa Loma for this event.
Historic Casa Loma has transformed as part of a new immersive virtual escape experience. We invite you to experience the roaring 1920s, with prohibition at its peak; at the top of the bootlegging empire sits notorious gangster Rocco Perri.
With your team on the call, will you be able to crack the safe and get the gold before time runs out? Can you traverse these 360° environments to steal the crown to become the new Kings and Queens of Toronto’s Bootlegging empire?

What is a Virtual Escape Room?
If you have participated in an in-person, real-life escape room, imagine that experience, brought to your living room via your computer screen. Your team works together to solve problems and riddles, collect clues, and work towards an end goal. In a traditional escape room, this is usually… you guessed it… finding a key or code and getting out of a room. Experiences usually cater to a wide range of skill sets. Are you a math whiz? Are you a word and language guru? Are you more into collecting clues for others’ puzzles? Usually, you’ll find your groove and your way to contribute quickly!
Do I need a team to play?
Typically, yes! But this time around, we’ll be combining individual players from all over our diabetes community to make teams of 4-6. Joining solo is no problem!
What if I want to play with people I know?
Great! You’d then sign up as a team. Each team can have a maximum of 6 players.
Who is a Virtual Escape Room best suited for?
We welcome everyone to join in! All you need is an internet connection, a computer screen, and a willingness to be a team player. You’ll likely have the best experience if you:
